After returning from Arizona it was off to Carmel, Monterey for the weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday. Northern California is so beautiful and we have decided to make more of an effort to go explore more of its' beauty this coming new year. I highly suggest a visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, it is absolutely worth the effort to get there. Another must see is Point Lobos state park. It is a preserve that sits on the most majestic piece of coastline, very rugged and wild and all are within driving distance of each other.
So enough traveling! Time to finish up Christmas shopping and baking.
