We are preparing for rains of biblical proportions.... hmmm well at least that is what the news reports are touting. I hope this is true, we are in desperate need around this seaside community and welcome any amount we get. I know this puts some in California at a great dis-advantage particularly in the fire areas and we would gladly take the brunt of this storm if we had the choice. It will be interesting to see how much we get in any case. My dh is on surf watch and waiting for the winds to die down to go get some waves and i am going to bundle up and go sea glass hunting, since finding a rare pink piece on my favorite beach i am super excited to keep up my walks for more!
