Well after many years not attending the rodeo we finally had the chance to go last night thanks to our dear friends who invited us to join them. The crowd was so fun and every event so enjoyable. Adding churros, kettle corn and giant pretzels to the mix, well that just made it pretty much perfect! Our community does have a rich, old heritage of ranch and cowboy life. You wouldn't know that if you haven't lived here long, our city has changed it's style over the years but long ago horses, cattle and cowboys graced our county in abundance. It's so fun to see a large gathering of those that still enjoy this wonderful life of country living and to dust off our boots and hats to participate made us look forward to next years rodeo, perhaps box seats next time!!!

Yay for rodeos! I grew up heading over to Eastern Oregon and camping and going the the rodeos.
